B::Deparse.pm - improve ref_cmp handling
Deparsing `ref_cmp` previously output the reftype string in single quotes.
However, if `use_dumper` was in effect, the expected quote marks may differ.
This commit adds support and a test for when double quotes are expected.
Additionally, deparsing always assumed that the OP that was replaced by the
OP_REF_CMP was a `ref`, now `reftype` is correctly deparsed.
