Ah, yes; sorry, I was focused on my gcc 3.1 bug. Yours is a bit similar but looks more serious. (FWIW I've build bleadperl on RedHat 7.0 with the system-supplied gcc and -Dusemorebits without problems.) -- Rafaël Garcia-Suarez # actual spelling is with a diaeresis
