apc2svn hasn't been updated in a few years.
The last time I ran it (which was one hard-drive and OS ago) it still worked, though it threw some odd errors due to not understanding the revised structure of how 5.6.x has branched.
we can use svk and p4, but will need repo access.
Alas, if you use svk to mirror the p4 repository, you'll currently be unable to mirror the whole thing. CLKao is mirroring bleadperl and 5.8.x independently, since there are some edge cases in the p4 repository that VCP hasn't quite got sussed out yet. I had Sarathy fix some of the problems, but at this point, it is not possible to mirror the entire p4 tree. With some help, I might be able to figure out what tricks were done in p4 and get VCP working.
But, if mirroring each branch independently is an acceptable limitation, get with me offline and I'll help you get it set up...
