Both are are set to Amsterdam... (GMT+1) with automatic dst

Rerunning the testsuite without automatic dst (even with rebuild) shows the 
same failures...

On Windows, I guess we just seed using the user's
credit card number as extracted from the registry. Product activation
collects that, doesn't it?
