OK, here is a new implementation of the same idea. Also, here is a more explicit set of instructions.
To install:
rm -r platforms
untar the attached tarball in the main parrot dir.
To use:
run Configure.pl, then run GuessConfig. (Merging them is on the todo list.)
run make test.
Go home happy.
Note that some (many) possible methods havn't been written. (Esp. for
dynloading.) This is still proof-of-concept stage, largly.
