What you are looking for is Single Sign-on. Which is a pretty awful problem to solve.

There aren't any cookie-cutter solutions in perl out there, so you might want to research Single Sign-on and write your own solution.

Otherwise you might want to go with Netegrity or any of the other boxed solutionsk, yet none of them are really user or setup friendly.
