These failures are all due to missing dependencies that *are* built with
"make", but not by "make test" (which is at least smart enough to build
the parrot executable).

I've made a fix.

While I obviously have authority to update cvs, as near as I can tell, my user id is not defined to the parrot bug tracking system.
