This design document (found in docs/pdds/clip/,) requires review before it receives final approval, and takes it's rightful position in the PDD docs directory. ~ the purpose of the PDD must be clear, and must still be relevant to current parrot design ~ the content must address the purpose, and be complete and consistent ~ the format must conform to the most recent PDD template Each of these steps is necessary, but they don't need to be done at the same time, or by the same person. Formatting changes are low-hanging fruit, as are typographical errors. Please submit patches to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
