[PATCH] prepare removal of .pcc_sub directive in PIR mode

hi attached a patch that changes some files and test files to replace the
.pcc_sub directive to .sub.

Note that the .pcc_sub directive is still used in PASM mode, and this is not
changing right now (but maybe in the future?).

This patch prepares the change of imcc.y, which is to be updated to disallow
.pcc_sub directive.
