Earlier today during #parrotsketch I reported a problem with installing Test::TAP::HTMLMatrix, needed in order to run the 'make smoke' target.
perlfan++ on #parrot has found the likely culprit -- the Test::TAP::Model module needs to have Test::Harness::Results available, and it's apparently not listed as a dependency. So, installing Test::Harness::Results (actually Test::Harness::Straps) seems to have fixed everything, so that Test::TAP::HTMLMatrix installs and 'make smoke' works again.
