If the solution is to put a link on the appropriate Perl 6 sites
saying "Bite-sized tasks for the interested, see this wiki page and then hop
on this IRC channel or send a mail to this list", that's probably fine.

This task list is available via an rss feed. I think this will help
solve the problem in the way you described.
