I've copied and modified the tests that were in t/compilers/past-pm for PCT. This patch creates t/compilers/pct with very basic tests for PCT::HLLCompiler, PAST::*, and POST::* This is just a first shot at getting some tests in place. Almost no functionality is actually tested by this. For some of the things it is questionable if there is be unit tests for the behaviour or if there should be implementations of a couple simple languages what act as the tests for PCT. Andrew Parker
