Yes, the instructions for 'make smoke' are somewhat misleading, in that the smoke report if built by using a CPAN module not included in the main Parrot distribution. Try either of the two bundles mentioned at this link: http://search.cpan.org/search?query=Bundle%3A%3AParrot&mode=all Please let us know your results. kid51
