MacPorts Install of Parrot

I just recently upgraded to Mac OS X 10.5. When I try to install Parrot
I get this:

ld: file not found: /opt/local/lib/libicuuc.40.dylib

And parrot refuses to compile under MacPorts.

Is there a fix?
