The Windows MSI installers are now available, coming again in two versions.
One installer targets x86 (32bit) platforms, and the other installer targets x86_64 (64bit) platforms (probably Windows 7 or better). Only the version for x86_64 comes with JIT enabled. The two MSIs are available from http://rakudo.org/downloads/star/.
