When you submit a ticket by writing a message to rakudo...@perl.org it sends a response with some information. This information includes the ticket id and instructions on how to write replies. However, it does not mention that the ticket is accessible on https://rt.perl.org. I think it should, and this was proposed in one of the comments on https://perl6advent.wordpress.com/2016/12/23/day-23-everything-is-either-wrong-or-less-than-awesome/ Given that bug reports sent to perlbug-admin at perl.org do not seem to be publicly visible, I am creating this ticket to track our efforts to get it done.
