[perl #131189] [REPL] Trying to --target=parse REPL gives LTA error

I was hoping to type stuff in REPL and see --target=parse output. If that's not 
possible to do, then I'd expect at least a useful error when running the 
command:

    $ perl6 --target=parse
    ===SORRY!===
    Too many positionals passed; expected 1 argument but got 3
