I updated the link text now (the link themselves always point to
latest release).
However, I notice only Linux version of 2017.07 is available. The Mac
and Win64 versions aren't available neither on
http://rakudo.org/downloads/star/ nor on
https://rakudo.perl6.org/downloads/star/
