[perl #122345] [BUG] Returning from a parameter list default counts as returning 'outside of any Routine' in Rakudo on Moar

This works now with Rakudo MoarVM as well.

    ➜  sub { sub foo($x = return) { $x }; say foo }(); say "alive";
    alive
