I have now changed the names of the impatient thingys to the above
proposed once. Also the C<impatient> opcode is changed.
s. the added tests.
I changed 2 occurencies of C<sweep> in the tree. Its also referenced in
the BASIC/compiler subdir, but this looks like a comment.
So language designers: If you have somewhere a "sweep" opcode pleae use
"sweep 1" instead.
