I've put in another ICU config patch that adds these 2 options to Configure.pl:
--icuheaders=(header_dir) Location of headers w/o /unicode --icushared=(linkeroption)> Full linker command
Cool, thanks. I'll add tinder variants for these on sprite, and see if I can't get Oni handling it as well, once I install ICU on it separately. (Yay, windows...)
