Besides fixing a bug in the PMC compiler, this changes bxor_p_p_p to use
MMD. Nothing fancy yet, just to see, what's needed in the PMC compiler.
BTW registering the default for [.PerlInt, 0] segfaults, so this isn't
done yet. (perlint.pmc:class_init)
