Nah, that'd actually make it worse, since then you'd have two of the big
dev platforms not catching new things in the core that need proper
call_list.txt support. :)
We probably ought to disable the JIT-based NCI signature generation by
default, so we can catch these sooner. That can go away when we hit
release, but it'd make it easier to catch this stuff.
