I have no personal web site, so I create the project parrotwin32 on sourceforge : http://parrotwin32.sourceforge.net/
This project supplies only binaries for Windows (setup.exe form) of the monthly releases.
I hope that help Parrot end-users (on Windows) and promote the use of Parrot.
