In the process of changing 'internal_exception' to 'exit_fatal' we reviewed those calls, and changed as many as possible to real exceptions. (Basically, if it could be converted to an exception, it was, if it couldn't be, it was left as 'exit_fatal'.) Closing this ticket. Allison
