The SourceForge site has a new look since 2 months.

AFAIK, I can have only one "Download Now!" button in the summary page
http://sourceforge.net/projects/parrotwin32/
If your browser platform is Windows then
    setup-parrot-xxx.exe
otherwise
    parrot-xxx.chm.zip

Currently, I've no idea for Rakudo.
