This is Rakudo version 2018.04 built on MoarVM version 2018.04.1
implementing Perl 6.c.
I have another `perl6 -c` bug to fix

Since Line 15 has nothing whatsoever to do with Term::termios

Bug: `perl6 -c` needs to properly identify which module threw
