The work is divided to two main issues:
- Talks
- Advertising

Giving a talk is simple enough. You just present a topic you want to talk
about. I can assure you it gets easier with time!
Of course you can also promote others to give talks and try to coerce people
such as Yuval to give a talk. :)

Advertising unfolds to three main fronts:
- Creating a website: I suck at web design (seriously) and would enjoy help
with it.
- Writing / designing a brochure: the purpose of the brochure is to entice
companies and closet programmers. It should illustrate the benefits of
coming to meetings and emphasize the advantages of a community.
- Writing / designing a flyer: in my experience it's easier to get people
interested in events that have some graphic flyer.

Help on anything from the list I gave will be (as said) much appreciated. :)

The idea is to meet at 6pm and start the talks at 7pm.
This might be shifted a bit according to need. If we'll see people can only
make it at 8pm, it will be considered more seriously. Same goes for starting
a bit earlier.
