I have noticed that recently, it takes the CPAN testers a week to pick up a module and test it. Maybe too many modules are being uploaded to CPAN and they can't keep up? (I have some problems with Math::BigInt, and uploading a special module that only tests some bug in it. and I have to wait every time a week to get results...)
