Just a question - why are you using HTML::TreeBuilder::XPath instead of HTML::TreeBuilder::LibXML : http://beta.metacpan.org/module/HTML::TreeBuilder::LibXML >From what I know H-TB-XPath is based on XML::XPath which is slower than LibXML.
