Below you can find 3 talk proposals:

Title: Setting up a CPAN smoke server
================================
Abstract:
CPAN authors write tons of unit tests that are executed upon every installation.
These tests are the best tool to ensure the high quality of CPAN packages
throughout the different versions of perl and the various operating system.

There are tools to generate reports from the test and submit them to a central
repository to provide feedback to the authors.

Sending in these report on the platform that is important to your system is a
very good step towards ensuring that the modules will work for you when
you need them.

We will spend a few seconds looking at the reports and then see how we can
configure our computer to send the report every time we install or even to
setup an agent that will test all the modules on CPAN on our behalf and
send in the test reports.

Length: 20 min

Title: Writing a blog engine in 15 minutes
================================
Abstract:
It will be especially easy for people who are using Windows as they can
download a single package that have everything they need.
We will create a Dancer based web application and then allow a single
user to create blog posts.
Length: 15 min

Title: packaging a module for CPAN (like) distribution
================================
Abstract: Regardless if you want to upload a module to CPAN or just want
to distribute it within your company there are advantages to package it the
same way as the CPAN authors do.
We will see the basic layout of a CPAN-like package along with the content
of the Makefile.PL and with unit tests that come with the package.
Length: 30 min.

Any preferences among the 3?
