AFAIK Adam Kennedy runs the production on some Linux box and used
Windows for his desktop only.

I have been writing a Dancer based web application for a while and
I have been doing so on Windows. The reason is two-fold

1) I have Windows 7 on my notebook
2) I want to be able to deploy on Windows as well

So far I have not hit any major issues though if I recall I still get warnings
during the tests of Dancer.
I am using the built-in web server (bin/app.pl) for now and it work
albeit slowly.
