That's just because I was not clear. ILPW2013 will be one day 25th February. It will cost 90 NIS - at least for "early birds" the payment gateway will be opened at the end of January via the http://act.perl.org.il/ilpw2013/ web site. You can already register and I'll send out an e-mail when you can pay. It will be via Paypal. Registering now is not yet a commitment to pay, it is just an indication of your interest. Speakers won't need to pay.
