A new prerelease candidate is available for testing.
Use cvs checkout -r rel_2_4_3pre3 PDL to get for
testing. Let us know how it builds/tests/installs.
* Has anyone tried to install one of the prereleases?
I tried once and got an error message of some sort
from the documentation install part. Since it was
not my system, I am unable to reproduce or get
the exact warning/error message.
* The fixes to the HDF build process are waiting on
consensus and testing before updating the
release candidate.
* Has any MacOS tester been able to determine if
TriD build can be forced? We have no other way
to know if the various TriD cleanup and fixes have
resolved that problem.
Still aiming to begin the sourceforge and CPAN rollout
of PDL 2.4.3 by the end of the day Friday so test
early, test often.
