PS : Two files are missing in MANIFEST: cygwin/drivers.list and
cygwin/g77_gcc.conf ('perl "-MExtUtils::Manifest=fullcheck" -e
fullcheck' and do add them 'perl "-MExtUtils::Manifest=mkmanifest" -e
mkmanifest')
