If ASTRO::Fits is a requirement now, could someone upload it to CPAN?

Was that because you don't have Astro::FITS::Header (which is now a
pre-requisite module) installed ?

Seems to me (in general) that if you don't install the pre-requisites, then
you're fair game for all sorts of noise :-)
