I saw at least one get through. We have recently implemented
greylisting to cut down the stupid amounts of spam that we
get. Sending email to us incurs a delay the first time a message is
sent from a particular server. Given that google has quite a lot of
servers :-) it is taking some time to map them all, so a 2 hour delay
is not uncommon from gmail addresses at the moment.
