That link was to
http://pdl.sourceforge.net/FAQ/ and the same can be access via 'pdldoc
faq' or '? faq'
from the perldl interactive shell.
I think this should be fixed now. Sometime after midnight Hawaii time,
when the mirror is updated, it should link correctly from pdl.perl.org
