Following some developer discussion, the current PDL git is
now in code freeze pending an official PDL-2.4.5 release. If you
have any updates to README type files, now is the time to fix them.
No code changes, please. The current git is pretty much PDL-2.4.5
so just commit your mods there.
If you do not have write access to git, please e-mail patches
or changed files to me and I will see that they are merged in.
