You need Craig's unofficial 2.20, which patched Karl's 2.19.  
Unfortunately it lacks the improvements Karl has made to the 
installation starting in 2.20.  I guess forks can be a good thing, but 
also can make things confusing.

This makes me feel like an enabler, but here you go...
