For anybody wanting to submit a test, the CPAN Testers wiki gives this quick
guide:

If you would like to submit test reports as and when you install new
modules, then:

   - install CPAN::Reporter
   - type 'o conf init test_report' at the CPAN shell

 and you're good to go (for anything that you install thereafter).
