Hmm, frankly I have no idea what did I do since your e-mail but now that I came back to the issue I checked and those 3 packages were already installed. Subsequently OpenGL 0.60 was installed as well using CPAN.pm. Then I installed 0.60_001 manually which revealed that I can actually play with flying saucers. Nice. Thank you!
