Have you tried to contact Sisyphus, aka Rob? He's a regular on this list (or
at least he is on the porters list) so I imagine you should get a response
from him soon. If not, try sending an email to him (his email is given in
the INSTALL file that you linked, in step 1 for building OpenGL).

I won't be able to help you out, at least not until you get to writing the
PDL code, because I work on a 32 bit Linux box.
