The "use_ok('Devel::REPL::Plugin::Interrupt');" test fails on MS Windows as
the optional Sig::SigAction, which is a pre-requisite for that test, won't
build on that platform. (I think that test should be skipped when
$^O=~/mswin/i and I'll submit a bug report suggesting that to rt.cpan.)
Other than that, it (and half of CPAN) built and installed fine.
