I am not an OpenGL hacker therefore I cannot complain about TriD? I am not a kernel hacker therefore I cannot complain that my hardware doesn't work? I think this is crazy, and that this POV only leads to nothing ever improving because complaints are only met with "fix it yourself". And in the next breath people wonder why XYZ is not more popular because it has such nice features. Users must be allowed to express frustration. I have not insulted anybody or made any personal attacks. I expressed justified frustration that even a geek like me cannot get PDL fully working in less than a day. I think this is justified frustration, and it should not be met with "patches welcome".
