Personally, I think you left yourself too little time to plan this,
setting it for next week. You need to market, clearly explain how to
do it (e.g. how to use Ekiga), and you set a clear date and time well
ahead. It can't just be a few days before, or nobody will come. For
example, I am away this weekend starting Friday. If you post
instructions on Saturday I will not see them until Monday.
