I'm sorry this has taken so long. I believe the flash player I have on my other systems is not adequate to handle the slide/sound synching app that slideshare uses. Had I known that, and changed my flash player last week, I could have had this up much sooner.
The slides, with *correctly* synchronized audio, are available at http://www.slideshare.net/dcmertens/p-lplot-talk 1. The total duration is about 37 minutes, far shorter than the original colloquium. I edited-out a lot of small extraneous stuff. 2. The slides for allocating the mem device have an error. I will post corrected slides soon, but just so it's clear, lines that say byte(3, ...) or byte(4, ...) will be replaced with zeroes(byte, 3, ...) or zeroes(byte, 4, ...) 3. For those who attended the colloquium, I made a couple of changes. Most importantly, the images and code appear on the same slide, so you can see the results, and I completely rewrote the Viewport/Box examples. I need to do one or two more final edits, but I'm up passed my bed time. I would appreciate any feedback for tweaks or suggestions! David -- Sent via my carrier pigeon.
