Hi Daniel, looking good.

I should have thought about these sooner:
1) Should we link the pdl> prompt in the banner to the home page view? For some
reason I thought that the banner was a separate frame and would be seen as they
scrolled down the longer pages. Do we want that type of a feature?
2) Would the any of the lower level pages benefit from "Top" or "TOC" links - I
bring this up because it is fairly lengthy.
3) Would you consider continuing the dashboard layout for the PDL Tutorials
such that
                                        PDL Tutorials (insert optional icon)
        Foundation Intermediate
        Advanced

I suppose that this could be continued for the Help section as well in a
similar manner. Since we only show three dominant OS installs it could carry
across as well (manual method could be separated below all three).
4) I never got back to you about the IRC "link" in the Help section. It would
be handy to know that there is an IRC channel (#pdl or whatever it is) and that
it has a robot that will respond to querries such as....
5) Would it be beneficial to add the Success Stories under Resources as well -
i.e. cross link?

Subject: [Perldl] Main Site Updated

Hello,

I have updated the main site with all the latest changes, including the search
box on the sidebar. In addition, I made another change that at least a couple
of people haver requested: I removed the animation from the banner. The banner
still changes after every page load, but once the page is loaded, it doesn't
change anymore. I hope that those who found the animation distracting will
welcome the change.
