I had never used NoScript, but after reading your email, I downloaded and installed it. I went back to http://punkish.org/714 (that is the short url for http://punkish.org/PDL-Functions). Of course, the page was all messed up. So, I clicked on the NoScript options button in the lower right hand corner of the browser window, and clicked "allow all on this page". And, voila! it worked fine. I don't think you necessarily need to white-list google-analytics.com, but you do need to whitelist wisc.edu... that is the domain of the server from which the web site is being served, and that is from where jQuery and other plugins are being loaded. > Regards, > > Shlomi Fish > > -- > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > Shlomi Fish http://www.shlomifish.org/ > Rethinking CPAN - http://shlom.in/rethinking-cpan > > God considered inflicting XSLT as the tenth plague of Egypt, but then > decided against it because he thought it would be too evil. > > Please reply to list if it's a mailing list post - http://shlom.in/reply . > -- Puneet Kishor http://www.punkish.org Carbon Model http://carbonmodel.org Charter Member, Open Source Geospatial Foundation http://www.osgeo.org Science Commons Fellow, http://sciencecommons.org/about/whoweare/kishor Nelson Institute, UW-Madison http://www.nelson.wisc.edu ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Assertions are politics; backing up assertions with evidence is science ======================================================================= _______________________________________________ Perldl mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.jach.hawaii.edu/mailman/listinfo/perldl
