BTW the pdl.perl.org web site still calls this incorrectly SciKarl, which is 
confusing.

Can someone please fix this?

BTW I am teaching a one hour PDL course to some unsuspecting astronomers in 
Perth on Feb 15. I've pointed them to the web site and the mailing list for 
installation support! :-)
